How Did I Get Here?

Lifelong Learning

I had always sort of been the “go to” person for technology questions simply because I loved it and often experimented with it.  I began to informally educate myself by attending every technology conference, area workshop and on line course I could get my hands on. I began logging my technology professional development and I currently have over 600 hours of informal personal technology professional development.

I believe that learning should never stop! I love learning new ways that technology can enhance teaching and learning. One of the reasons I became a teacher was to pass on that love of learning to my students and now I am passionate about sharing this idea with the teachers in my district. I have chosen several different avenues for continuing my own learning journey.
